Is this legal?
Yes. It's completely legal to sell unused diabetic supplies that were prescribed to you. Many people receive more supplies than they need from their insurance and have extras sitting around. Instead of letting them expire or throwing them away, you can sell them to us.
How do I get paid?
We pay via Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, or check. You choose what works best for you. Payment is sent the same day we receive and verify your supplies.
How long does the process take?
Most transactions are completed within 3-7 days. You'll get a quote within 24 hours of reaching out. Once you ship, it typically takes 2-4 days for us to receive your package. We pay you the same day it arrives.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. We send you a prepaid shipping label. Just box up your supplies and drop them off at any UPS or USPS location. It costs you nothing.
What if my supplies are close to expiring?
We prefer supplies with at least 3-6 months until expiration. If your supplies expire sooner, reach out anyway and we'll let you know if we can make an offer.
What if the box is damaged?
Minor damage is usually okay if the supplies inside are still sealed and have 6+ months until expiration. Major damage (crushed, water damaged, torn open) typically means we can't accept them. When in doubt, send us a photo and we'll let you know.
How do you determine the price?
Pricing depends on the product, quantity, and expiration date. Supplies with longer expiration dates are worth more. We give fair, competitive quotes based on current market rates.
Do you buy opened or used supplies?
No. We only purchase unused supplies in original sealed packaging.
