Shipping
We provide prepaid shipping labels. Supplies must be shipped in a cardboard box with padding, with all pharmacy labels left on. Items damaged because of inadequate packaging (envelopes, mailers, bags, or no
padding) are paid at our reduced box-condition rate or returned at the seller's expense. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the carrier, but we will help with any claim.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that we will purchase all supplies offered. Some products, expiration dates, or conditions may not meet our buying criteria.
